    Return & Refund Policy

    At Rare Linen, we aim to deliver premium linen products with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may request a return if:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Please note:
    We currently do not accept returns for size issues, color variation due to screen differences, or minor fabric inconsistencies that are natural to linen.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
    • Items purchased under clearance or special promotions (unless damaged)
    • Customized or tailored products
    • Products without original tags or packaging

    3. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us at:

    Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if damaged or incorrect.

    Our team will review the request and guide you through the process.

    4. Return Pickup

    • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
    • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
    • If the pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to us.

    5. Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect the returned product:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • In some cases, you may be offered a store credit or replacement, based on availability and your preference.

    Note:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is damaged or incorrect.

    6. Cancellations

    You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
    Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return as per the policy above.

    7. Exchange Policy

    At the moment, we offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
